Considering the mediocre healing of hero dervs, why not try ether-renewal'd orders? You'd easily hit the proper enchant stack to fully recover both energy and health, and can add aura of resto if you're worried. Extra points can be spent on aoe fire, wards, water snares, not amazing stuff but probably better than what the hero dervs are doing.

It is hard to melee as a squishy.

Maybe forget about SY and use something like this:

Wear Ghostforge insignia and use +5e zealous weapons.

FYI: i didnt read any of the replies so some of this has probably been suggested.

1. lose "dodge this" for SY on one or both players and maybe "I am the strongest!" if not.
2. lose ogden. hes pointless. either make a N/Mo or do it the good way and make an E/Mo with ether renewal and some red-bars-go-up skills
3. why do you have stunning strike when you have BHA which wtfpwns it? change the stunning strike bar up. go for dual "Incomming"'s if you dont bring SY or maybe cruel spear.
4. ancestor's rage
5. invest in a frontline. that will save you a ton of trouble. I would suggest condensing the paragons into one character and bringing in a jagged/bomber

1. SY is a warrior skill so I couldn't use it with a /R. I used to have [I am the strongest] but when I use barrage, I gain a lot of adrenaline from hitting the mobs, so I can pretty much use [dodge this] with every attack.
2. Lost ogden, I am now using an Emo, and omg its the pwn sauce!
3. I am now trying the curses necro suggested to weaken the melee mobs. Definitely worth having over Margrid (shame because her armor looks cool). Mobs seem to be dying a lot faster than when I had Margrid as BHA.
4. God I love that skill, I am definitely bringing Razah with me every time now.
5. With these improvements, I am having less problems and things are going smoother, apart from those rare occasions when we face a nasty ele boss.
